We pay our part-time Support Implementation Specialists a competitive entry-level wage of $12/hour. Our part-time Support Implementation Specialists work 20-30 hours/week. We do offer flexibility with this remote data entry position, but we prefer you to work mostly during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm). Our users don't work nights or weekends, and neither do we--no weekends or overtime required!

Once training is complete, you hit the ground running! With great attention to detail and your data entry skills, you set up our clients in the system by getting their career site and online employment application ready to go. You also configure their settings and set up new user logins for their team. In addition to setting up new clients, you also make adjustments to older clients' accounts which may include adjusting applications, adding new users, adding eForms, requisitions, and more.

As you gain more and more experience setting up these features for our clients, you truly become an expert in our system. You find great satisfaction in wowing our clients by completing your work quickly and accurately within our 1-2 business day turnaround time. Our team is currently setting up more than 30 clients each month, so you don't have to worry about running out of work! And, if you ever need help with your workload, your team has your back.
