As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you function as her right hand. Your boss owns our revenue operating system. She drives our revenue by ensuring that all teams directly associated with revenue are integrated and follow our system. This includes Sales, Marketing, Support, and Client Success. In other words, she fields lots and lots of questions and has lots and lots of meetings.

Each day, you have a standup meeting to make sure that you are on the same page. As an extension of her, you take care of all the administrative stuff, so she has time for what is most important. You screen her inbox and coordinate her schedule, making sure that she is where she needs to be when she needs to be there. Whether setting up Zoom or reserving a conference room, you've got the details handled.

But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it. You are proactive, predicting what she needs and getting it done. Under your watch, her workdays are organized and efficient. You enjoy being the detail person and get great satisfaction out of helping our company thrive by enabling our amazing Chief Revenue Officer to spend her time focusing on the bigger picture!
