We are looking to hire a part-time Marketing Admin to help create, administer, and market our hiring workshop program for HVAC companies. As a part-time Marketing Admin, you get to work mostly, if not fully, from home to oversee our workshop program that trains HVAC companies on how to improve their hiring processes. You don't have to supervise any people but are in charge of administering the program and managing any related marketing campaigns which include writing content, sending emails, connecting on LinkedIn. For each workshop, you employ your mad organizational skills to ensure that dates are confirmed, information is sent out on time, flights and hotels are booked, and booklets and other materials are ready onsite. Our trainer and all others involved appreciate that they can depend on you!

In addition to the administrative side of your job, you use your marketing and content writing ability to ensure that we have enough interest in workshops and effectively follow up with attendees. You ensure that there is always a call for action in our workshop materials. You generate leads through writing engaging blog posts and conducting email campaigns as well as engaging with HVAC companies on Linked In. You follow up with workshop attendees and pass leads on to salespeople. You get a great deal of satisfaction out of making sure that workshops go off without a hitch and generating interest in what we have to offer HVAC companies!


  • Quiet home office with good internet or willingness to come into one of our offices (we will provide the necessary equipment.)

Any training or experience in business and familiarity with email blasting would be a plus but is not required. Experience in HVAC or any of the construction trades would also be helpful but not necessary. Are you a fast learner who is open to new ideas and extremely organized? Do you enjoy planning? For this flexible part-time work from home position, you will need to do at least half of your work between 10 am and 4 pm on Monday - Friday when our team and other contacts are available. You will have some flexibility to do writing and administrative work when it is convenient for you, keeping your overall hours between 20-30 hours each week.
