We are looking for an entry-level trainee for our Hiring Admin, Ad Writing, & Hiring Consultant program in the Columbus Ohio area.  This is a part-time, partial work from home job, with the potential for future growth & earnings potential.  No previous hiring or HR experience is required... we will teach you everything you need to know!

About the Hiring Admin, Ad Writing, & Sourcing Consultant Roles:

This is a very different role and will evolve over time as you dig in and increase your skills & knowledge. You will start off in our Hiring Consultant training program. This video-based program will build on your existing people & communication skills by helping you learn the ins and outs of corporate hiring and our proven approach to using marketing techniques to dramatically improve their results.  This training is an 8-week course that includes instructional videos,  applying what you learn on real business case studies, as well as opportunities to engage with real business people to gain actual hiring experience.  This is a fully-paid training program!

At the end of the program, graduates will be able to choose from one of 4 different career paths depending on their personal goals, the available positions, and the areas of business that they excel at.

Online Job Posters: If all that you want is a simple data-entry job.. then this is the role for you. We have thousands of employers who request that we post their jobs online every day.  Most of this work has to do with copying and pasting their job information into the online job boards that they request.  While it's easy work, you do have to make sure that you are meticulous about getting things posted correctly.

Awesome Ad Writers: Job ads are the juicy bait that's used when you are fishing for good talent.  Most employers are using boring job descriptions full of bullet point requirements instead of a real ad.  It's like fishing with last year's dried up crusty worm These descriptions reduce their applicant flow because they don't really make job seekers excited to apply.  As an Ad Writer, you will gather information about the job requirements from an employer, conduct online research about the competition, identify what potential job seekers are looking for, and then use your amazing writing skills to craft and ad that will drive job seekers to apply.  You'll be able to make a true impact

Hiring Admins: Good hiring requires a finely tuned process, with someone at the wheel making sure that applicants are properly flowing through the system and making it to the hiring manager.  Each company has someone in the hiring admin role that sets up their jobs, chooses where to post them, ensures that new applicants are screened for their fit to the job, and then forwards them on to the hiring manager who will conduct interviews and make the final hiring decision.  Once a new hire has been selected, the hiring admin jumps back in and ensures that the final hiring steps are completed so that the new employee will be ready to work on their first day on the job.  Think of yourself as the "quarterback" of the hiring process, driving your team down the field for the win.

Hiring Consultants: If your looking for something more than just as job, then becoming a hiring consultant will be your long-term objective.  A consultant works with multiple organizations and their hiring admins, to help them set up the right processes in their organization, and to check in and give them advice on things they can do to improve their results.  This job is where the "big bucks" are made, because you will be making an impact on lots of organizations all at the same time.


Don't worry... you don't need to have previous experience with hiring or human resources to qualify to work with us.  We will teach you everything you need to know. That said, the following skills, abilities, and experience will be extremely helpful.

  • Able to effectively us a computer
  • Adept at doing Internet research
  • Great writing skills
  • Not afraid to talk to business people
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience working in an office setting such as work as an admin assistant, clerk, or office manager.
  • Experience working in a customer service role in one of our target industries such as a teller, front deck, csr, dispatcher, etc.
